Joint-Stock Company «AQUAMETOSINTEZ» was founded in 2000 in a period of occurrence in Russia of economic opportunities for construction and reconstruction of industrial enterprises and objects of housing and communal complex at high demand in structures and plants for purification of natural and sewage water. Formation of the company has occurred on the basis of production association «Technological equipment» of the Ministry of medium engineering. Financial and organizational support of Joint-Stock Company «AQUAMETOSINTEZ» was given by the group of companies "STOIK".

In 2002 the company started own manufacturing of serial mobile water treatment plants for purification of natural water. In spite of the fact that mobile water treatment plants of Joint-Stock Company «AQUAMETOSINTEZ» are complex and hi-tech products, the company has succeeded in achieving high degree of their reliability - these plants have continuously operate for more than 9 years in various climate and geographic conditions with minimum necessary level of routine maintenance.

In 2003 the company started supplies of its serial equipment of natural water purification - block-module water treatment plants - to the enterprises and camps of oil-and-gas complex of Russia - to the companies of OAO «Gazprom», OAO «Belkamneft», OAO «NK»Rosneft».

In the same year the company developed a market of water purification plants for the food industry of Saint Petersburg - the products of the largest meat-processing enterprises "Parnas-M", «Tri porosenka» and main city enterprise of bakery and confectionery products manufacturing «Khlebnyi dom» is made using the water purified by Joint-Stock Company «AQUAMETOSINTEZ». The same year the company entered a market of industrial water treatment plants for structural divisions of seaports (port Ust-Luga), enterprises of military-industrial establishment of the Russian Federation and railway stations of OAO «Rossiiskiye zheleznie dorogi». Since 2005 the company has been successfully performing foreign contracts (Kostanay, republic Kazakhstan), Mitsubishi Corporation, OAO «Siloviye mashiny» (hydroelectric power station A Vuong, Vietnam), etc.

A pride of Joint-Stock Company «AQUAMETOSINTEZ» is the fully-automated ultrafiltration water purification plant for five-star hotel «Grand Hotel Europe», having unique technical equipment and characteristics for the Russian Federation, made in 2006 together with the company Norit Membrane Technology BV. After that we have used this technology for manufacturing of the plants, supplied for the objects of Joint-Stock Company "AK"Alrosa", Joint-Stock Company «Ford Motors», oil companies of OOO «RN - Severnaya neft», OAO «NK»Rosneft», etc.

The same year for the further organizational and structural development of the company and fulfillment of the package of orders with the foreign organizations, Joint-Stock Company «AQUAMETOSINTEZ» performed quality management system certification and received the certificate of conformity to the quality requirements ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001-2000).
